Downloading an FTP program
There are lots to choose from but these are still free downloads and I have no preference as they are both good programs.
Just follow the instructions from the download site and the programs install themselves.

Finding a Server Free Servers.There are less and less of these around lately but this one offers the option of using a subdomain of theirs for free. 150m.com Personally I prefer to pay the small annual fee to have my own domain name and would recommend 3IX Before you set up your FTP you will need : Your ID or Member Name Your Password and the FTP address of the site. (If you have trouble finding the FTP address have a look in their FAQ section because it is one of the most Frequently Asked Questions.) These are the addresses of the 3 servers listed above.
